Broker's that don't sell really have only one customer, REALTOR's.  When you split commission, or pay fees, you are buying a broker's service and programs.  Some brokers treat you more like "Aren't you lucky I let you work here?"  Realty World Wichita feels we're blessed by the realtors who choose us!!

Fact is, according to the NAR 2006 profile of home buyers and sellers, 89% of seller's chose a Realtor based on the Realtors contacts, NOT the broker's.  Of all the reasons people chose a Realtor, only 6% said that the firm was the most important factor in choosing a Realtor.
