“The Right Broker Makes All The
Difference In Your World”
is a Native of Wichita Kansas,
raised in Bel Aire. I attended Heights High School and graduated
1974 (there, I've told you my age if you can do a little math).
July of '76 I joined the US Army and became an Army medic (91C for those
who know). I lived in Germany for three years, Korea for one, and
lots of places in the US. Seven years active duty, and had the
distinction of serving in the last M.A.S.H the Army had.
I
attended many colleges in my travels including WSU, and worked as a
Photographer, X-ray and Lab tech, and auto repair manager before I
became a Realtor.
I'm
married to THE BEST WOMAN IN THE WORLD: Tracy Cassidy - Yep, the
Tracy Cassidy from
B98FM Brett and Tracy morningshow. Between us we have 5
children and 3 with spouses. Chris attending KU Med School, Erin
at WSU Speech graduate program, Brady at WSU, Katrina at WSU, and Kelbe
at the East IB program. We have a Bischon Frise puppy that lights
up my young lovelies eyes - his name is Samson.
What have
I done as a Broker? First (knock on wood), I've never been in
court!!! I've served on the Professional Standards committee for
several years, and I get to chair hearings often. I currently
serve on the MLS Board of directors, and have chaired MLS committee,
Education Committee, PR committee, and others. I've been on the
Board of Directors, MLS Search committee, Lock box search committee, EO
Search committee, and probably a few more on top of that.
We've
marketed for new home communities, and began Resale in 2004. In
growing our company, I've lead the way for multiple technologies that
have affected our entire board, and continue to find Technology based
solutions to make Realtors lives easier and more efficient.
